Upepo Technology Labs Private Limited (referred as company) is the licensed owner of the brand Legitt, the website www.legittai.com and MS Word Office Plug in tool "Legitt AI Office Tools". Company respects your privacy. This privacy policy provides succinctly the manner your data is collected and used by Company on the Site. As a visitor to the site / customer you are advised to please read the policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the site you agree to the collection and use of your data by Company.
As part of the registration process on the App/Site, Company may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.
LegittAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Legitt AI does not share any data obtained by Google or during Google sign-in including your name, email or profile details to any third party app or tools including AI models.
Our application accesses certain Google user data through Google OAuth for the sole purpose of providing and enhancing the features of our service. We do not retain any Google user data longer than necessary to fulfill the specific purpose for which it was collected. We only access, use, and store Google user data with your explicit consent. Users may revoke access at any time via their Google account settings. Upon revocation or account deletion, all associated Google user data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless otherwise required for legal or compliance purposes.
We do not use any Google user data obtained through Workspace APIs (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Calendar) to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. Google user data is used only for the specific functionality explicitly requested by the user and described within our app.
Company will collect personally identifiable information about you only as part of a voluntary registration process, on-line survey or any combination thereof. The Site may contain links to other Web sites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Web sites which it does not own, manage or control. The Site and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone's past visits to the Site.

For example, Company servers are accessible only to authorized personnel and your information is shared with employees and authorized personnel on a need to know basis to complete the transaction and to provide the services requested by you. Although Company will endeavor to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. By using this site, you agree that Company will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
